“I’m in shock,” said Linda, a resident of Putnam County, Florida, after listening to audio interviews that included a Florida DCF social worker admitting she received a CD that contained naked pictures of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings - over a month after the child was reported missing.

“Why hasn’t this been in the news? HaLeigh disappeared six years ago. This is a cover-up and there’s nothing else you can call it,” Linda said.

The cover-up involves the DCF hiding the fact that in the 2009, Bonnie Warner, DCF social worker, received a disc from Donald Knop, an employee of a law office. The disc contained naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings that featured her vagina in a sexually assaulted state.

The photos and circumstances surrounding the origins of the photos, and the sexual assault of HaLeigh were a secret, but intended to influence a DCF staffing on a proposed change of custody to be initiated by the State.

According to an article published by Art Harris on March 11, 2009, the change of custody was going to result in fame and fortune for some.

In what could set a legal precedent for missing children, The Bald Truth has learned exclusively that the mother of five year old Haleigh Cummings aims to fight for legal custody of a daughter abducted a month ago from her father’s home while he was at work and his 17 year old girlfriend slept nearby.

HaLeigh's mother, Crystal Sheffield, never formally filed for custody in the courts - the underground DCF action through Warner was the 'custody case'.

“Those were the pictures they couldn’t send to my supervisor,” Warner says, captured on tape while discussing the Cummings case file out of her home with William (Cobra) Staubs, a bounty hunter working for HaLeigh’s mother.

The frustration of Putnam County residents has been exasperated by the recent strangulation homicide of four year-old Braydan Anthony Trahern, Palatka, Florida, by an 11 year-old living in the home.

On July 29, 2015, the Florida Times-Union reported Braydan Trahern was found unresponsive with “suspicious bruises” on his neck – he could not be resuscitated.

The 11 year-old believed to be responsible for Braydan’s homicide is reported to have been in treatment from December through June for sexually deviant behavior. He also set fire to his crib with a lighter when he was small, and would dig up dead animals and carried them around as if they were alive.

According to First Coast News, DCF will be conducting an investigation.

But many residents of Putnam County are not comforted by the letters FDCF.

“FDCF = Finding Dead Children is Fun,” said Chris, Putnam County resident.
